The Great hall

That’s the thing about books. They let you travel without moving your feet.

Poppy's day started with wonderfull mood. Muffin, her old owl, had to bring a new books that Poppy has ordered on last week. It was her little secret - a books about muggles. She learned all books in library this year. And she decided it's time to get a her own one. She knew she must hide it from her roommates. Slytherins was not delighted with muggles. Not all of them, but some students knew her family. And Poppy had to keep silence about her hobby. She didn't need a problem in school. Poppy loved her faculty, but she was disagree with some things.
Poppy came in the Great hall for breakfast. She was excited and glanced up frequently - olws are coming soon.
Food was waiting already. Poppy sat down at the table and took scrambled eggs and pumpkin juice. But her meal was stoped when first owls came. Poppy leaved a fork on a table. Muffin sat on her knees, holded a big paper box.
'Hi, sweety,' Poppy said gently. 'Let's see... Take a carrot.'
She took a carrot stick from dish and feed an owl. Muffin hooted thankfully and seized delicacy by beak. Then he flew up away from hall. Poppy puted a box on table, took off the box cover and find the name on a piece of yellow paper - "Dear miss Robins, thank you for your order. We hope this package brightens your day." It send a cold shiver down her back to think that somebody else received her books. With her name on it. Poppy grabbed the box and looked around. She found Demelza Robins at the Griffindor table and went up to her.
'Good morning, Demelza. It must be yours... '
Poppy showed an card in box. Her cheeks was pale and she looked a little anxiosly.

It's been an ordinary morning. Demelza was among the first to reach the Great Hall for breakfast, hoping to get any post somewhat quicker. She was expecting something special today - a new book! Some of you may think her behavior is weird. Hogwarts has a library with thousands of books,  so a new one isn't extraordinary. But this book was a special one! Well, to be fair, it wasn't exactly a book. It was a comic book! The latest issue of "The Adventures of Martin Miggs, the Mad Muggle", is the most interesting and fun story that Demelza has ever read.

While waiting for the owl, Demelza finished her oatmeal and enjoyed crunchy toast with butter and jam. However, today, the taste of her food seemed less yummy, as all her thoughts were focused on Martin Miggs. When the owls finally appeared in the Great Hall, she eagerly lifted her head in search of the bird that had flown towards her. A large gray owl landed on the table, and Demelza excitedly fed it a piece of bacon, then hurried to open the parcel. The package was sealed with a bookstore label, indicating no mistake. She imagined how much pleasure she would get from reading after breakfast and quickly began to unpack the book when suddenly she was interrupted.

- Good morning, - she said feeling somewhat awkward. She looked at Poppy with a kind of distrust. - What are you talking about? The book I ordered is here...

She pointed her finger at the package lying on the table. But at that moment, her gaze fell on the postcard in Poppy's hands. And this postcard had Demelza's name on it.

Seeing this, Demelza hurried back to her package. She took out a card and read it silently moving her lips: "For Miss Penelope Padgett." Then she looked at the book cover and saw the words: "Features of Muggle Tourism - The Best Attractions of Non-Magical Britain."

- Wow! - she exclaimed. - It seems like a really cool book. I haven't even read it yet! Why don't you bring this up in Muggle studies sometime? Although wait, I thought you weren't attending those classes...
